[/justify]at twenty-two years old, you would expect dallas to be your typical guy who's looking forward to exploring the big wide world out there. you'd be wrong.
see, dallas has already seen the world, at least the world which nobody would wish to see. straight from high school, dallas enrolled into the army as a cavalry scout. everything was going grand until eight months back when he was shot straight in the thigh. the bullet lodged deep into his muscle tissue, immediate surgery was carried out in order to try and reconstruct the boy's leg, yet it seems there is not much hope left. only recently has dallas come back home, trying to hold his head up high, but it's difficult when all you wanted to do was make your country proud and now you feel like a failure. he simply cannot fight anymore, heck, he can barely even walk without the aid of crutches. but if there's one thing about dallas, it's that he is a fighter and he's determined to carry on and stick his middle finger in the air to anyone who tries to shatter his dreams.
dallas is your typical sweetheart, the hopeless romantic who will always try and put you first. the beatles, oliver and cups of tea are his favourite things in life and he tries his hardest to keep a smile on his face every single day. you'd never know that when the boy closes his eyes he sees the horrific images that being in afghanistan has left with him forever. inside he's a little broken but dallas is slowly on the mend so he begs that you won't give up on him, pretty please.

[/justify]oh alfred. originally from hackney, london, alfie had a pretty rough upbringing. despite a name suggesting wealth, instead he lived on a council estate with just his mother, where he was introduced to illegal substances at a young age. he began smoking weed at the age of thirteen and hasn't ever looked back since, on the odd occasion he'd become a supplier and alfie was infamous for his antics. the way he saw it, you couldn't live in hackney without being part of a gang and seeing as alfie was as white as white could be, it was hard to be accepted amongst a mainly black community. the boy was frequently getting mugged purely for the colour of his skin. on his neck and reaching up to his jaw he has a large, nasty scar that he suffered when someone stabbed him in the neck just so they could rob his wallet that only contained a ten pound note and nothing more, (he has the word 'lucky' tattooed by the scar because he finds himself lucky to have survived the attack). alfie only found himself accepted when he took part in a rap battle amongst a group of boys and found himself come out on top, they found it incredible that a white boy could spit bars as good as them and even better. ever since, alfie's used rapping as his way of stepping above the crowd and making himself noticed, he finds himself in this small town in america however as his grandparents reside here and the boy saw it as an opportunity to explore a world that was completely different to the one he was used to.
the boy is very easy to get along with yet also very easy to piss off, his edgy background and distinctive accent makes others wary but as long as you're good to him, alfie will absolutely adore you and be an ultimate sweetheart. he's protective, caring, and he'll fight for you no matter what. but, get on his bad side and you'll wish you hadn't. alfie was renown for his fighting abilities, after an adolescence of being pushed around you learn to look out for yourself and alfie sometimes steps a bit too far. it'll be a miracle if the man doesn't end up in jail at some point during his time here. but aside from this, alfie is on the hunt for his mr. or mrs. right.if you know me though then you'll know i much prefer m/mand this person would be someone who'd be able to calm down his sometimes aggressive personality and who reminds him to focus on the music. they'd help alfie discover his true potential and perhaps help to get him noticed and make his dream of being a success a reality. the only problem is that alfie's past is far too troubled for any to wrap their heads around, the boy holds secrets about hackney, about his father's whereabouts and himself.
