She won't ever get enough
Once she gets a little touch
Her feet trudged through the park, sneakers making no sound on the grass. She was minding her own business, well on her own way and in her own world. She'd had a guitar packed up on her back, a backpack carrying essentials. Waist length blonde hair followed her, some of it stuck underneath the straps, but not that she minded. It was a nice day out, and she'd decided to take her time and wander around the park. Blake hummed under her breath, a song that she was making up as she went. Blue eyes scanned the area, noting that it was relatively deserted. She was far too shy to do anything with a crowd of people around.
She finally found a spot underneath a large tree and settled down, curling her legs underneath her and pulling out a pen and a battered notebook. She brushed some hair back out from in front of her eyes as she chewed on her lower lip, scribbling down a few notes, resting the notebook on her curled up knees. Humming some, she continued to write down a few more notes before she unzipped her guitar case, pulling out the instrument. Blake loved music of all kinds and had taught herself how to play most of the instruments she played. Guitar and piano were fallbacks for her, she could play them with no problem, along with singing. She happily attended free concerts and local things revolving around it, but she was too shy to actually perform in front of a crowd, despite having performed a few times at coffee houses and other places that were relatively tame.
She hummed along with the guitar, closing blue eyes as she let her slender fingers wander over the strings, feeling and hearing the sound through her body. She parted her lips, singing a few lines of a song before she decided to play around on the guitar, putting her own spin on a few pop songs. She smiled to herself, playing and making sure that there were no people around as she played along, enjoying putting a few spins on songs she'd heard on the radio. "Call me Maybe", "If I Die Young", and a few others were all popping up and she had a great ear to get them down and was having fun goofing around on the guitar, thoroughly lost in her own world.
